View the Package Manifest and Output

 

The steps to view the package output depend on what values were selected for the Output Destination and Output Structure options when the package was created.

 

1. Navigate to the location related to the selected Output Destination:
   • If Download was selected, navigate to the Downloads folder. 
   • If SharePoint was selected, navigate to the SharePoint site and folder set up by your administrator. 
   • If File Share was selected, navigate to the file share folder set by your administrator.

 

2. Extract the contents of [NAME].zip where NAME is the name entered in the package details and view the output related to the selected Output Structure:
   • If Single directory was selected, all the created and collected files are located in one folder as shown below.

• If Hierarchical folder structure was selected, the created and collected files are organized into part number folders according to the part structure, as shown in the image below. 

• If Grouped by file type was selected, the created and collected files are grouped into folders based on their file type, as shown in the image below.

3. To view the package manifest, select one of the manifest files, such as the manifest.pdf.
